3.4 OSCAR may process your personal data to ensure and guarantee compliance with legal obligations to which it is subject under the laws of a Member State and/or the European Union.
4.1 Your personal information will be shared with OSCAR Service Providers. Service providers will have access to the first name and address indicated by the user. They are also given the option of calling the user (without having access to the user's phone number, since it will be hidden).
4.2 The assessment given by users about the quality of the provision of services is anonymous, and the identity and comments added by users are not visible to service providers.

5.2.2 Uninstalling the OSCAR app does not delete your personal data. You should keep in mind that the deletion of your personal data will only be possible upon request to cancel your OSCAR account, which makes it impossible to continue using the application's services.
5.2.3 We will respond by email within one month from the request to delete personal data and cancel your account.
5.3 Portability: The user has the right to receive their personal data that they have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
6.1 Your personal data will be stored as long as your OSCAR account is active and for a period of one year after its deactivation.
6.2 Financial data is stored for seven years, starting from the date of the last provision of services requested through the OSCAR application.
6.3 If there are indications of the commission of a crime or false information has been provided, the data will be stored for ten years.
6.4 Data on the history of the services provided requested will be stored for two years, after which the data will be anonymized.
6.5 In the event that there are pending litigation or legal proceedings, the data will be kept until final judgment.
