Your personal data will be processed by ROUTINEDISPLAY, Lda., legal person no. 515705950, with registered office at Praça Conde Agrolongo, no. 123 Edifício Gnration 4700-132 Braga, hereinafter "OSCAR", "application", "OSCAR application", "us" or "we". OSCAR is responsible for processing personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

  1. What personal data do we process?

    1.1 Name, cell phone number, email address and address (usually where the requested service will be provided), VAT number.
    1.2 Information relating to any disputes and/or claims.

  2. What are the purposes for processing personal data?

    We process your personal data for the following purposes:
    2.1 Management of the provision of services: The processing of your data is necessary for the fulfillment of the provision of services, namely the necessary sharing with service providers who travel to the location you have designated.
    2.2 Monitoring and quality of service: We may contact you at any time to assess your satisfaction with the services provided to you.
    2.3 Direct marketing: We may send you information and news about our services. This data processing will be carried out with your consent through your subscription. You can object to this data processing at any time. Click on the "Unsubscribe" link in the header or at the end of the email.
    2.4 Compliance with legal obligations: In compliance with legal obligations, your personal data may also be transmitted to third parties for their own purposes, such as judicial, administrative, supervisory or regulatory authorities.
    2.5 Complaints management: We may process your data to analyze and resolve any complaints about the services provided. Your data will be kept for this purpose for as long as necessary to resolve your issue.

  3. What is the legal basis for processing personal data?

    3.1 Your personal data will be processed with your consent from the moment you register with the application.
    3.2 We collect and process the personal data submitted by the user during the installation and use of the OSCAR application in order to provide the services requested.
    3.3 OSCAR may process your personal data for the defense and pursuit of its legitimate interests, to monitor the quality of service or in the context of a judicial investigation and/or fraudulent payments are detected.
    3.4 OSCAR may process your personal data to ensure and guarantee compliance with legal obligations to which it is subject under the law of a Member State and/or the European Union.

  4. Will your information be shared with third parties?

    4.1 Your personal information will be shared with OSCAR's Service Providers. Service providers will have access to the first name and address provided by the user. They will also be given the option of telephoning the user (without having access to the user's telephone number, as it will be hidden).
    4.2 The evaluation given by users on the quality of service provision is anonymous, and the identity and comments added by users are not visible to the service providers.
    4.3 Your personal data may also be shared with other parties and/or third parties in order to comply with legal and/or contractual obligations, such as judicial, administrative, supervisory or regulatory authorities.
    4.4 Your personal data will only be processed within the European Union.

  5. What are your rights?

    Your requests will be treated with special care so that we can ensure the effectiveness of your rights. You may be asked to provide proof of your identity so that we can ensure that personal data is only shared with you. You can ask us at any time:
    5.1 Access and rectification: The user can change the data through the application. If this functionality is temporarily unavailable, please contact us at info@oscar-app.com.
    5.2 Revocation of consent and deletion of personal data:
    5.2.1 The user has the right to withdraw consent at any time, although this right does not compromise the lawfulness of the processing carried out previously or subsequently in the event of compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject (e.g. accounting purposes, dispute resolution, legal proceedings or fraud prevention).
    5.2.2 Uninstalling the OSCAR application does not delete your personal data. Please note that deletion of your personal data will only be possible by requesting cancellation of your OSCAR account, which makes it impossible to continue using the application's services.
    5.2.3 We will reply by email within one month of the request to delete personal data and cancel your account.
    5.3 Portability: You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

  6. How long do we store your personal data?

    6.1 Your personal data will be stored for as long as your OSCAR account is active and for a period of one year after its deactivation.
    6.2 Financial data is stored for seven years from the date of the last service requested via the OSCAR application.
    6.3 If there are indications that a crime has been committed or false information has been provided, the data will be stored for ten years.
    6.4 Data on the history of services requested will be stored for two years, after which time the data will be anonymized.
    6.5 In the event of pending litigation or legal proceedings, the data will be kept until a final judgment has been passed.
