You don't have to worry about finding technicians, that's our job! Once you place your order, your service is confirmed. If for any reason there is an unforeseen event, we will let you know in advance!
Payment can be made securely through our app or directly to the technician on site. The travel cost is not included in the service budget and has a fixed amount of 5.90€.
We offer a 15-day warranty for all our services. If you are not satisfied, you can request a correction visit at no additional cost. Regarding cancellation, you can do so at any time, but cancellation fees vary depending on the time of cancellation:
- 50% if canceled 15 minutes after the start of an immediate service or during it;
- 25% if canceled 15 minutes after booking;
- 50% if canceled less than 2 hours before the scheduled time.
