Yes, it is possible to wash your car on the street, in your private parking space, or in your garage. The service provider just needs to be able to park next to your car.
Do I need to provide water or electricity for the service?
No, our partners come fully equipped with all necessary tools and supplies, including water and electricity, if required.
How long does a typical car wash take?
The duration depends on the type of service you choose (exterior wash, interior cleaning, or a full detail). On average, it takes between 30 minutes to 2 hours.
How long does it take, on average, to get an appointment?
You don't have to worry about finding technicians, that's our job! Once you place your order, your service is confirmed. If for any reason there is an unforeseen event, we will let you know in advance!
How does payment work? Is the price of a trip to the house included in the budget?
Payment is made securely through our application or directly to the technician. The price of a trip to the house is not included and is fixed, meaning that both in Lisbon and in Porto the cost is €5.90.
What happens if it rains on the day of my booking?
If the weather doesn’t allow for a proper car wash, our team will contact you to reschedule the service at no extra cost.
