The service includes transportation and disassembly/assembly of furniture, and may include packaging depending on your choice. At the time of booking, you can select the options that best suit your needs.
Do professionals bring packing materials?
If you request the packing service, you can choose to have the professionals bring the necessary materials or provide them yourself. If you need boxes, bubble wrap, or tape, just indicate it in the booking, and the professional will charge based on the materials used.
How do I book a move of house?
You can book directly on the OSCAR app, choosing the date, the place of departure and destination, and the necessary additional services.
How long does it take, on average, to get an appointment?
You don't have to worry about finding technicians, that's our job! Once you place your order, your service is confirmed. If for any reason there is an unforeseen event, we will let you know in advance!
How does payment work? Is the price of a trip to the house included in the budget?
Payment is made securely through our application or directly to the technician. The price of a trip to the house is not included and is fixed, meaning that both in Lisbon and in Porto the cost is €5.90.
