Before the technician's visit, we recommend:

- Cleaning areas where there are signs of cockroaches;
- Removing exposed food or utensils from the kitchen;
- Ensuring access to baseboards, cracks, and cabinets.

Payment is made securely through our application or directly to the technician. The price of a trip to the house is not included and is fixed, meaning that both in Lisbon and in Porto the cost is €5.90.

In most cases, it is not necessary. However, in cases of severe infestations or when specific products are used, the technician may recommend leaving for a few hours. After the service, we will provide safety instructions.

OSCAR offers a 15-day warranty for all services, allowing you to schedule a rectification visit at no additional cost if you are not satisfied. Regarding the cancellation policy, you can cancel your service at any time, but the cancellation fees vary depending on the time of cancellation:

- 25% if it's 15 minutes after scheduling;
- 50% if canceled less than 2 hours before the scheduled service.
