We offer cleaning services for a wide variety of materials, including fabric, leather, velvet sofas, and for models of different sizes, from individual to five-seater sofas. Each type of material requires a specific treatment, ensuring safe and effective cleaning:

- Fabric sofas need to be vacuumed regularly to avoid the accumulation of dirt that can wear down the fabric. We will use effective products such as mild soap to remove stains and odors.
- For leather sofas, we will use a dry cloth to remove dust from the surface and then gently clean with glycerinated soap. Finally, we will apply a specific moisturizer for leather that helps keep the material flexible and prevent cracking.
- Velvet sofas should ideally be dry cleaned. We offer dry cleaning foams specially dedicated to resistant stains. At the end, we will still brush the velvet to restore the soft and uniform texture.

We also offer a package of services, which includes cleaning and waterproofing the sofa. This package, in addition to including all the treatments offered when cleaning sofas, guarantees the application of a waterproofing agent that protects the fabric against the penetration of liquids and stains, such as water, coffee or wine.

The price of a sofa cleaning varies depending on the number of seats. It includes vacuuming that will remove dust, dirt and loose debris; spraying where we will apply a disinfectant product to the surface of the sofa; brushing to eliminate stains and thus ensure the cleaning of the sofa at home.

You don't have to worry about finding technicians, that's our job! Once you place your order, your service is confirmed. If for any reason there is an unforeseen event, we will let you know in advance!

Payment is made securely through our application or directly to the technician. The price of a trip to the house is not included and is fixed, meaning that both in Lisbon and in Porto the cost is €5.90.

OSCAR offers a 15-day warranty for all services, allowing you to schedule a rectification visit at no additional cost if you are not satisfied. Regarding the cancellation policy, you can cancel your service at any time, but the cancellation fees vary depending on the time of cancellation:

- 50% if it is 15 minutes after an immediate service or during;
- 25% if it's 15 minutes after scheduling;
- 50% if canceled less than 2 hours before the scheduled service.
